How do I order?
You must place your order online using our shopping cart system.
We will then await payment before we begin processing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
You have the following four options available for payment (These options are available for selection
in the Checkout page of the shopping cart):
Credit / Debit Card
We accept the following cards for online payment via PayPal
Please also select this option if you want to transfer funds directly from your PayPal account,
or if you want to transfer funds
from your bank account
using a Debit card.

You muct contact your bank and arrange a
transfer of the total amount into the following bank account:

Cheque
We only accept cheques from UK banks and they must be in British Pounds. Please post to Jelling Dragon,

Cash
Must be sent by registered post (i.e. We have to sign for it) to Jelling Dragon,
64a St. John's Street, Bridlington, E.Yorkshire, YO16 7JS.
How do I obtain a quotation including delivery costs?
Add all the items to your shopping cart and a total price in pounds sterling, including delivery, will be displayed on
the shopping cart screen.
You may then exit the shopping
cart without purchasing if you wish.
Do you charge VAT?
As a Swedish company we have to charge 25% VAT (or MOMS as it is called here). This is added on when you view your shopping
cart.
How come your prices are in British Pounds but your address is in Sweden?
We are a UK company that has relocated to Sweden. We still operate a UK bank account in British pounds, so there
are no currency exchange problems for UK customers.
What shipping method do you use?
Orders are sent by air mail from Sweden, which takes around 3 days to arrive.
How long do you take to deliver?
Items currently held in stock should arrive within 2 weeks, but please allow up to 28 days in
total for delivery, otherwise click here for estimated production times.
Note: The Jelling Dragon is not a regular mail order company. Many of our goods are made to order by skilled craftsmen.
In the unlikely event of your order being lost in the post we guarantee to replace it as soon as possible.
