We will then await payment before we begin processing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
You have the following four options available for payment (These options are available for selection
in the Checkout page of the shopping cart):
Credit / Debit Card
We accept the following cards for online payment via PayPal
Please also select this option if you want to transfer funds directly from your PayPal account,
or if you want to transfer funds
from your bank account
using a Debit card.

You should be able to perform a foreign bank transfer online by visiting your bank's website. Otherwise you will have to
go into your bank in person and fill out a form.
Contact your bank for more information.
IMPORTANT! Foreign transfers incur bank charges. Please check with your bank and ensure that you pay BOTH sender's AND receiver's
bank charges in full. We will not process your order until we have received full payment.
PayPal eCheck
It is possible to open a PayPal account and send money without
having a credit / debit card, but the whole process takes
about 2 weeks and you are limited to sending £500 per month and £1500 in total.
First open a PayPal account, and then get your bank account verified with PayPal.
Follow the instructions on the PayPal site to verify your bank account.
This process takes about one week.
Once your bank account has been verified you can transfer money from your bank account into our PayPal account using an
eCheck. Here's how you do it:
Log in to your PayPal account and select "Send Money"
Recipient's Email: Enter "rob@jelldragon.com"
Amount: Enter the total amount in British Pounds* that you got from our shopping cart
Currency: Select "Pounds Sterling"
Category of Purchase: Select "Goods (other)"
Email subject / Note: Please supply information to help us identify your order e.g. Your name or Order number
Click on "Continue" and then click on "More funding options".
Click on the "eCheck" radio button and then click on "Continue".
Finally click on "Send money" to complete the transfer.
It then takes up to a week before the funds are cleared in our PayPal account.
* Do not transfer the money in US Dollars.
Please select "Pounds Sterling" as the payment currency instead and PayPal will automatically show you how much you will
be charged in US Dollars.
Check
We do not accept Checks, money orders or bank drafts from foreign countries.
The only Checks that we accept are UK bank Checks in pounds sterling.

Cash
We only accept cash in British Pounds and you must send it by registered mail (i.e. We have to sign for it when it arrives)

How do I obtain a quotation in US Dollars including delivery costs?
Add all the items to your shopping cart and a total price in British Pounds, Euros and US Dollars (including shipping)
will be displayed on the shopping cart screen.
You may then proceed to the checkout or exit the shopping
cart without purchasing if you wish.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
We do not add on any sales tax when delivering to customers outside the European Union.
In rare instances you may
be charged local sales tax when you receive the parcel.
Why are the prices in your shopping cart all in British Pounds?
This is because we are a British company that has relocated to Denmark. All our payments go through a British bank account.
An approximate total
price in US Dollars is displayed after the British pounds total.
What shipping method do you use?
All orders are sent by air mail, which takes around 3-4 days to arrive.
How long do you take to deliver?
Items currently held in stock should arrive within 2 weeks, but please allow up to 28 days in
total for delivery, otherwise click here for estimated production times.
